I noticed that this happens when we're going from the summer into the winter - I resist pulling out the warm clothes for the longest time. But when we're going from winter into spring, I don't seem to be able to shed the winter clothes, keeping jackets on even when the temperature is in the 70s outside. Somehow the 70s of spring is not the same as the 70s of fall.
